Painting is the best form of meditation, it relax the brain to focus on the moment! It also helps me learn to observe my surrounding, natures and feelings.
Using watercolour colour gives the most therapeutic experience. The way water flows create a unique textures when paint. Using different techniques to achieve special effect.

Knots and Knots.
Macrame is the beauty of connecting all the strings to make something so unique and special. It required planning, mentally visualising how all the knots goes together.
However this is not something new to me, i made my first friendship bracelet when i was 7 years old.
